Our broker fee will vary depending on the individual case. The fee will be no more than £999, however this is only payable once we have an agreement in principal and you decide to proceed with the mortgage. This one-off payment gives you access to our up-to-the-minute and time-saving technology, along with the reassurance that we will source the most suitable mortgage for your individual circumstances in order to secure you significant long-term savings.
We are directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and therefore have access to both well-known high street lenders as well as a broad selection of specialist lenders.

The documentation required differs from lender to lender, but as a general guide we would require up to 3 months’ worth of payslips and bank statements; ID; proof of address; P60 document if employed; SA302 document if self-employed or accounts if applying as a limited company.

It’s important to be as accurate as possible when answering the questions as your responses will dictate the mortgage rates that we can source for you. However, if you are unsure of any answer simply make your best estimate and then raise this with our consultant when they call you back.
